Donald “Donny” Martin Higgs, 78, of Mechanicsville, MD, peacefully passed away on August 31, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. On November 23, 1945, Donny was born in Washington, DC to William and Ruth Higgs.He later became a maintenance mechanic at Chalk Point Power Plant.
